2. 電子商務與 ONDObag 銷售 / E-commerce & ONDObag Sales

  • 產品資訊： 我們致力於確保所有 ONDObag 的描述與圖片準確無誤。然而，由於手工製作的特性及螢幕設定差異，產品顏色或質地可能會有輕微偏差。
  • Product Information: We strive to ensure that all descriptions and images of ONDObags are accurate. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and screen settings.
  • 價格： 所有價格均以 [新台幣] 標示。我們保留隨時調整價格之權利，恕不另行通知。
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in [TWD]. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • 物流： 運費與送達時間依地區而異，詳情請參閱我們的運送政策。
  • Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
  • 退換貨標準： 由於 溫度包 均為手工製作，除非產品在收貨時發現有明顯的車縫瑕疵或五金配件損壞，否則我們不接受任何退貨、換貨或退款申請。
  • Strict Return Policy: All ONDObags are handcrafted with care. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than structural defects.
  • 瑕疵申報： 若收到商品時發現上述瑕疵，請於收到貨後 3 日內，提供照片或影片聯繫我們，我們將盡快為您處理後續事宜。
  • Reporting a Claim: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic or video evidence. We will assess the claim and provide a resolution accordingly.

3. Blog & Intellectual Property / 部落格與知識產權

  • 本網站所有內容，包括但不限於 溫度包以及相關商品 之設計、部落格文章、攝影照片及課程教材，版權均屬 溫騰工作室 所有。未經書面許可，嚴禁任何形式的轉載、重製或商業使用。
  • All content on this website, including but not limited to ONDObag and related product designs, blog posts, photographs, and course materials, is the exclusive property of ONDOhandcrafts Studio. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

4. 課程報名與資訊 / Workshop & Course Registration

  • 報名須知： 課程報名僅在收到全額付款後始生效。報名即代表學員同意配合講師根據教學現場所做的調整。
  • Registration: Enrollment in courses is confirmed only after full payment is received. By registering for a course, you acknowledge and agree that the instructor may modify the curriculum as needed to optimize the learning experience.
  • 取消與退費： 於課程日前 7 天取消可獲得全額退費。逾期取消或未出席者恕不退費。
  • Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made 7 days prior to the course date will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
  • 變更： 若因人數不足或不可抗力因素，我們保留調整或取消課程之權利。
  • Changes: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
  • 教學內容修正： 為了確保教學品質，我們保留對課程內容進行即時調整的權利。上課條件與教學大綱將視實際情況（如學員進度、材料供應或現場狀況），針對每堂課程做即時修正與最佳化。
  • Flexible Curriculum: To ensure the highest quality of instruction, we reserve the right to adjust course conditions and content in real-time. Teaching methods, materials, or schedules may be modified for each individual session based on student progress, material availability, or other situational factors.

5. 責任限制 (Limitation of Liability)

  • 對於因使用本網站或購買產品而產生的任何間接損失，溫騰工作室 概不承擔法律責任。
  • ONDOhandcrafts Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or participation in our courses.

6. 準據法與管轄法院 (Governing Law)

  • 本條款之解釋與適用，均以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
